Here’s something that actually popped up in a non-knitting-related Google search of mine (yes, I do search for things other than yarn and yarn deals… occasionally). According to Chris McEvoy of Confusability.com, the top blogging knitter among Bloglines users is Wendy Johnson of WendyKnits (i.e. she who’s on a very big lace kick right now. Yes, I’m a subscriber too.
He came to this conclusion while researching Bloglines folder names. I guess the large number of ones marked Knitting peaked his interest. Here’s the full list and the blog entry that introduces it. Strangely enough, I even spotted Hacking Netflix on the list. It looks like someone needs to sort out their folders.

An official HP scarf pattern on the horizon? June 3, 2005
Hmm… It looks to me like Lion Brand yarn will be releasing a Harry Potter scarf pattern next month. I know Lion Brand doesn’t have many fans, but it will be interesting to see how close the official pattern matches the popular atypically.knit patterns. Of course, it’s just a striped scarf. There aren’t that many variations possible.
